Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.If you received a damaged or defective item you can contact us on keralaplastic@gmail.com or through mobile number and we will give a solution for the problem either by refund or by sending new products. If it is a technical issue of installation our engineer will assist you in resolving it telephonically. For replacement under warranty the buyer has to provide proper proof for the damage or defect with serial number to our support team. Our support team will assess the case and has the full authority to approve or reject your claim

Refunds (if applicable)

Once our support team inspected the case, we will send you an email or Whatsapp Message to notify whether your claim is accepted or rejected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

No Cancellation Available for orders During Transit

Once the order is shipped the order can’t be cancelled, and no refund will be initiated for such orders. If the order is taking more than 2 weeks to deliver due to some issues from courier side, contact us via whatsapp or email ,we will escalate the issue with the courier and arrange for a delivery.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

Cash on delivery Advance

Cash on delivery advance will not be refunded for order cancellation by the customer at the time of delivery. If the COD shipment is returned without delivery before reaching the customer the COD advance will be refunded to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged under warranty. If you need to exchange it for the same item on payment basis, send us an email at keralaplastic@gmail.com
